Breakfast Special:
Your choice of Andersen's famous split pea soup or fresh seasonal fruit or fruit juice, plus two eggs and your choice of bacon, country style sausage patty or ham. Served with all you can eat hotcakes, whipped butter and warm apricot or maple syrup. Also includes your choice of coffee, tea or milk.
Huevos Rancheros:
Two eggs, salsa, onions, cheese, sour cream, refried beans and avocado. Served over grilled tortillas.
Breakfast Croissant:
Lightly toasted and topped with bacon, two scrambled eggs, tomatoes and cheddar cheese.

Two Eggs:
Two eggs prepared any style. Add Cure 81® Ham, Danish Style Sausage. Corned Beef Hash, Sausage Patty or Bacon.
Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs:
Fresh tenderized steak, lightly breaded and seasoned and topped with country gravy. Served with two eggs any style, hashbrowns and toast.

A juicy 6 oz. top sirloin steak accompanied with two eggs prepared any style.

Our light and fluffy eggs scrambled with diced ham.
Trail Ride Breakfast:
Eggs, Danish sausage, spinach, onions and bell peppers scrambled to perfection. Served with a side of salsa.
Ham & Cheese Omelette:
Our omelette folded with Cure 81® ham and your choice of cheese.
Western Omelette:
Stuffed with diced Cure 81® ham, fresh bell peppers and onions.
California Omelette: This omelette is loaded with avocado, crisp bacon, cheddar and jack cheeses, and sour cream and salsa.
Veggie Omelette:
Zucchini, mushrooms, onions, spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes and jack cheese.
Mushroom & Spinach Omelette:
Our omelette with lightly sautéed mushrooms and fresh spinach served with your choice of cheese.
